Lead and TRI Reporting—Alerts

Special state and local reporting requirements

If you are located in any of the states listed below, additional TRI-related reporting requirements may apply to you.

Please note that there may be other requirements in your area, not appearing on this list, that you need to be aware of.  We are trying to collect as many of these additional requirements as possible, but there is at present no good central source of information, and we may have missed some.  If you know of any chemical usage reporting requirements that do not appear here, please email or call Bill Chenevert at (734) 995-7989, or use this form.
