Corrections to factors for "manufactured" lead

We have revised the factor for calculating the weight of "manufactured" lead hydroxide in alkaline cleaning baths and wastewater treatment up slightly, to 1.16 from a previously suggested 1.12 (revision date March 19, 2002).
