You can access the CAA regulations through the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations ("e-CFR") provided by the Government Printing Office. CAA Regulations can be found in 40 CFR Parts 50-99. EPA also provides a copy of the CAA on its website, together with a convenient contents page.

EPA provides an index page with links to the full text of the CAA at http://www.epa.gov/oar/caa/contents.html.

Alternatives in Air Emission Modeling for Characterization of Processes & Process Change. This paper will examine the strengths and weaknesses of various modeling techniques used for estimating process emissions. Building on this information, a framework will be developed to assist in predicting process emissions that does not rely on empirical data and would therefore be of use in process design.
