Storm Water Permits

Some, but not all, PWB manufacturing facilities that discharge storm water directly into receiving waters or into a separate sewer system that discharges into receiving waters will have to obtain permits for their storm water discharges. A smaller number of PWB manufacturing facilities with certain types of oil storage facilities will have to meet requirements to develop spill prevention and countermeasure plans. Deadlines for compliance by existing facilities with storm water discharge and oil spill prevention requirements are past.
